Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes, we ship internationally but any possible duties and fees must unfortunately be paid by the customer.

 

How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

Germany - 5€ (circa 1-2 business days)

Europe - 15€ (circa 7 business days)

Rest of the world - 30€ (circa 14 business days)

 

If the shipping cost calculated at checkout does not match the previous information, please do not hesitate to contact us to resolve this issue by using the contact form on this website or via Instagram.

 

It takes approximately 2-3 days to process your order before it gets shipped out. You will then receive a notification containing tracking. If it takes longer please contact us.

 

Do you offer PayPal payment?

 

Yes we do. If you want to pay via PayPal, please use the contact form on this website or contact us via Instagram.

 

What is your return policy?

 

Due to the small nature of our operations, all sales are final. No returns.

 

Are your items handmade?

 

Some of our items are handmade and will therefore each slightly differ in their final appearance. Handmade items will be classified as such in their product descriptions. We ask for understanding as we aim to provide the highest possible quality at a reasonable price point.

 

What does pre-order mean?

 

Sometimes we offer items on pre-order meaning we will produce them once ordered. For these items you will have to add approximately 2 weeks in addition to the usual shipping time, unless stated otherwise in the description of your specific item.
